A man who is accused of stealing a phone being dehumanized by the people who caught him in the act. Residents of the neighborhood the alleged thief robbed forced him to drink and stay in contaminated water. In an effort to get him to reveal to whom he sold the phone he was supposedly stealing, they were also seen assaulting him.
